![]() ![]() So the first step is to slide the loop turner into one end of the fabric tube, hooked end first. ![]() The end of a loop turner has a small hook that is sharp enough to poke through fabric and it has a little piece of metal that flips up and down to either close or open access to the hook. So it just needs turned right sides out and it will be ready to use in a swimsuit!
